I have been so honored to be in Columbia Tennessee, with the Thrashers and
saints of TLC.
Over the last year they have passed out 5000 "Got Hope" cards.
The church has leased a billboard on one of the major roads leading into Columbia.
The saints are excited about their God and confident about their message.
Before the beginning of this revival 8 people had already received the Holy Ghost this year.
One couple is in their 70's, they made a wrong turn going home and turned into church parking lot. What a amazing source of faith, spiritual hunger and testimony to the saving power of God.
A young mother is so excited about her new experience she has pestered her Church of Christ pastor, until he has agreed to a bible study. Her husband and sister have prayed through in this last week. Her step daughter was in church for the first time Wednesday. She is believing that the rest of her family will see the light. Her elderly dad and mom were in church last Sunday morning. He is studying the material she has given him.
New convert faith is contagious!
There have been some notable miracles during this revival as well.
One man who had a serious infection in his back 15 years ago. Reported that during the preaching he heard a loud pop, and instantly, for the first time in 15 years he was pain free. The following day he went out and worked in the field with Bro Thrasher pain free, and praising God.
There was also an infant who had some kind of severe skin rash upon his feet. It looked as if his feet had been burned or scalded. At the conclusion of one of the services his mother brought him toward for prayer. The next night his feet were almost completely normal, soft, pink ... Claiming a complete healing.
Our altar services have as a general rule lasted longer than the preaching. Many have been so drunk at the conclusion they have been unable to drive home. One woman told Sis Thrasher when she awoke the next morning she had a "Holy Ghost hangover."
In my estimation these services have been among the best of my life. They remind me of my home church, in anointing, hunger, and Devine visitation.
While checking the facts of this post with Bro Thrasher, I found out a number a saints have sent out text messages arranging prayer meetings on the days off ...
Spiritual hunger ... Love for others ... Prayer .... Word Preaching = a supernatural visitation, with the conversion of the lost and signs and wonders following.
I handed out a "Got Hope Card" and the teller told me she had already received one. I drove through the city and saw the billboard, I pulled into the well kept church property and saw a current advertisement ... If Bro Wilson is right, Columbia is ready for a revival.
